Ms. Flechsig focuses on representing clients in harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination disputes with their employers. She also specializes in representing both adult and child survivors of sexual violence.
Ms. Flechsig joined Allred, Maroko & Goldberg as an Associate upon finishing law school, and has since helped recover tens of millions of dollars for their clients. She utilizes trauma-informed lawyering practices to support and empower her clients, while fiercely advocating for them in litigation and prelitigation negotiations alike.
Ms. Flechsig earned her law degree from Stanford Law School, where she competed with Stanford Law School’s mock trial and employment law moot court teams. She also served as the Co-President of the Women of Stanford Law and Co-President of StreetLaw, a student-led pro bono project working with incarcerated youth.
As an undergraduate at the University of California at Berkeley, Ms. Flechsig focused her studies on social inequity in the workplace and beyond. She also assisted student activists in filing a Title IX Complaint with the U.S. Department of Education.
Outside of work, Ms. Flechsig enjoys scuba diving, hiking, reading, and sheep herding with her rescue dog.
Olivia is known for her tenacity in negotiations and litigation, often achieving substantial settlements and verdicts that enable clients to recover and rebuild their lives.
